1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

- Reselling, redistribution, or leaking products of Frostline Outfitters is strictly prohibited.
- It is prohibited to claim ownership of Frostline Outfitters’ products.
- Modification of products is allowed (e.g., changing names, logos, texture colors). However, modified versions of Frostline Outfitters products may not be sold, redistributed, or shared outside of your immediate server staff.

2. Refund and Chargeback Policy

- All sales are final. Refunds will not be granted once the files have been delivered or made available for download.
- Initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our store and Discord, and the immediate revocation of all licenses. Continued use of the assets after a chargeback will be treated as theft.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

- Products are provided “as-is.” Frostline Outfitters is not responsible for server crashes, performance issues, or breaks due to improperly installed assets or conflicts with other mods.
- Frostline Outfitters is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.
